From the moment you walk through the doors, you can feel the intention that went into designing such a warm, welcoming space. The interior was thoughtfully arranged to create a calming and inviting environment for families. Dr. Erika Frieze, Dr. Allison Womack, and the entire team are the kind of providers every family hopes for, knowledgeable and truly dedicated to supporting their clients’ journeys. Their professionalism shows in every interaction. Kelli Vang, their Practice Operations Manager, is an absolute joy to work with. She’s so friendly, responsive, and passionate about making sure things run smoothly for both staff and clients. I am so grateful to have a heart centered and high quality clinic as a resource. We came to Bridges of the Mind for an evaluation for my daughter. Kelli in the office was awesome answering all my questions via email and setting up an appointment for her to be evaluated. We were assigned to Dr. Hammad and we enjoyed working with her from our first parent meeting. I felt that she really listened to our concerns and most importantly, our daughter felt very comfortable with her. I appreciate that Dr. Hammad reached out to all the contacts we provided and included their feedback in her findings. When Dr. Hammad had more questions, she initiated a follow-up call with our daughter. After Dr. Hammad's report was complete, we received a copy via email and were immediately scheduled for a follow-up video call to discuss the results and available resources. Our experience with Bridges of the Mind was easy and professional. I highly recommend them! ~ Erin G
I recently brought my child for an evaluation with Dr. Womack and she was amazing! She was so kind and patient to me and my child. She did not show any judgment toward us. At times I felt so embarrassed because my child was not in the mood, but Dr. Womack continued to stay patient and was very understanding. I highly recommend this place. ***Addition*** I wanted to add that I'm a little surprised by the other reviews because Bridges of the Mind was in constant communication with me (email and text) regarding my appointment. Yes, I was rescheduled one time, but life happens, and they worked with me as much as they could and I worked with them as well because it's unrealistic for a business to drop everything for you. This is a small business so they work differently from a large/corporation business. ~ Ey E
